Launched in July 2008, InSight consists of a background process that runs on client hardware, an integrated help-desk ticketing system, and an actively monitored administration suite. InSight empowers HCI to monitor and respond to subtle changes -- even as granular as low harddrive space on a workstation -- so that unpleasant surprises are a thing of the past.
InSight is available to contract-supported client servers and all Windows and Macintosh workstations for a low monthly fee.
