During this holiday season we wanted to take a moment to say thank you. It's been a big year for us.
We are especially excited to have opened our newest office and retail store in downtown Washington DC at 2010 P St. N.W. by Dupont Circle. Our DC-based technicians are now closer to many of our valued clients. We also:
Created our remote help desk team for prompt service to our managed-services clients
- Deployed many successful upgrades and migrations to Exchange 2007 and Windows Small Business Server 2008
- Expanded our Web services department
- Partnered with RackSpace for server hosting and cloud-based email and storage
- Partnered with Navisite for local server co-location
In the coming months we'll be rolling out new antivirus and backup options as managed service options. We hope more of you will join our flat-rate InSight managed services in 2010.
