Changes in our Accounts Receivable management
Jim Turner - Thursday, February 03, 2011
Hilltop has engaged GreenFlag Profit Recovery to manage our accounts receivable and collections. I feel like we need to focus more or customer service and service delivery, and less on things that we are not great at, like AR and collections. Clients will notice changes in our communications over outstanding invoices. I hope that they don't get upset, but this is something that we need to do to ensure that the bills get paid on time.
