Hilltop introduces InSight Backup
Safe giving options
The Haitian earthquake and resulting humanitarian emergency has, unfortunately, brought with it no shortage of online scams.
To ensure your donation gets to the right place, and avoid any potential computer infection or data theft be sure to use a reputable Web site and avoid texting numbers you don't know. Here are two reputable sites:
- The Clinton Bush Haiti Fund says one-hundred percent of donations go directly to relief efforts.http://www.clintonbushhaitifund.org
- The Red Cross offers a number of specific donation options.http://www.redcross.org
As a local business, Hilltop is making a special donation of supplies directly to the Haitian Embassy. Information about Survival Kit Drives is available at http://haiti.org
