National Association of Federal Credit Unions Sees "Zero Down Time" Email Upgrade

Hilltop Consultants, Inc. completed a zero-down-time email system upgrade for The National Association of Federal Credit Unions on time and under budget. More than 100 mailboxes were seamlessly moved in the upgrade to Windows Server 2008 and Exchange 2007, and the overall e-mail and domain controller infrastructure simplified to three 64-bit servers.

In a successful effort to both keep down initial costs and equip in-house staff for ongoing support, Hilltop partnered with NAFCU's full-time IT staff to provide training during the process. NAFCU staff also benefits from the new system which makes remote access easier and more like their familiar desktop experience.
