Destination Marketing Association International selects Hilltop for Around-the-Clock Monitoring and

01-Jul-2008 Destination Marketing Association International has contracted with Hilltop Consultants Inc. to provide fully-tiered help desk support and 24/7 monitoring of their servers and desktops.

Hilltop is able to offer its clients fully-outsourced information technology support with its team of dedicated experts. Coupled with the InSight service, HCI is able to proactively monitor hardware and software on a client's network 24-hours a day. Catching problems before they occur is key to providing the world-class support HCI clients expect. InSight allows routine and time consuming maintenance to be done in off hours and allows everyone to focus on more important matters.

Launched in July 2008, InSight consists of a background process that runs on client hardware, an integrated help-desk ticketing system, and an actively monitored administration suite. InSight empowers HCI to monitor and respond to subtle changes -- even as granular as low harddrive space on a workstation -- so that unpleasant surprises are a thing of the past.

InSight will be rolled out to all contract-supported client servers in the coming months, and is offered for a low monthly fee to monitor all Windows and Macintosh workstations.
